This post was originally send out to my newsletter subscribers. The newsletter documents all my updates and imrpovements to the Lego Sorting bot. Dear builders,
You are getting this one-time e-mail from me, because you purchased the plans for my Automated LEGO Sorting Machine mock on Rebrickable. If you want to receive future updates, please follow this link: https://subscribepage.io/sorting-updates
I’m excited to share that I’ve completely overhauled the software and documentation for our LEGO Brick Sorting Machine! After many hours of tinkering and testing, I’m confident these updates will make your sorting experience even better.
What’s New:
- Updated Software: The new version is now completely up-to-date and using the latest libraries. The previous version did not run on many modern Raspberry Pi’s.
- Revised Documentation: The updated documentation now provides clear, step-by-step instructions for installation and setup, and troubleshooting. All combined, I think there is about 10 times more documentation now.
How to Update:
Everything is available on Github: https://github.com/pbackx/lego-sorter-pi
I highly recommend updating your machine to enjoy these improvements. If you have any questions or need help, feel free to reach out to me directly by replying to this mail.
Thank you for being part of this hobby project with me. I can’t wait to hear your feedback and see how the updates work for you!
Important: This is a one-time mail and I will not e-mail you again, unless you opt in for future updates right here https://subscribepage.io/sorting-updates. I will send an e-mail at most about once a month.
Best,
Peter
