Back on my Android project, I am now going to the extensive documentation on the Android site itself and have installed the development tools. Everything went smooth, except for one minor glitch. I remember from my previous, very short, stint with Android, that those tools where extremely helpful.

I see and adore many hobby webloggers and entrepreneurs on the Internet. People like Robert at Flight 404, who create the most amazing things. Following them and their stories, like Nathan at Coderspiel, you’re tempted to believe that this is what they do. This is how they live. But sometimes that spell is broken and it turns out, the blog is just a hobby. Jason Scott puts, what I think, a whole lifetime into archiving and documenting computer history, yet he has another life, to pay for the hobby one.

In a world without Internet, you wouldn’t even know this movie existed, but now it can be shared freely.

This isn’t quite my usual fair, but a good tool is a good tool. If you are working on your new web 2.0 application, integrating various services, there’s always a moment when you just can’t seem to get 2 services to work together. For some reason, on service is requesting the wrong data, or is it the other service that’s replying with the wrong answer?
